Old white men and their sexy Russian ballerinas. Sounds about right. Can anybody loan me $1200 so I can get something to wear to that party?

It's just the Central Park Zoo, as if anybody ever goes there. Kidding of course, but it is a crappy zoo. Poor animals .

When I lived on the upper west side I spent time in Central Park all year long. Even in winter... I once walked across the pond when it froze over.

What's wrong with white men? What are you trying to say?

Haha, is that a serious question?? It was a joke, but if you'd like to me to produce a litany of societal problems stemming from white patriarchy, I better start my own thread.

These renders are pretty funny, particularly in how obviously they're targeting the Russian market: there's the purposeful casting of Slavic looking people (before anyone gets uppity, I know because I am one), the abundant ballerinas, the looking down with just a hint of disdain at American landmarks.

Must've been commissioned before the ruble collapsed.

This one's pretty universal though. It appears to be targeted to men like the guy on the left (insecure, awkward, the woman's looking right past him), and who secretly aspire to be the guy on the right (self-assured, commanding the attention of everyone in the room, particularly the beautiful woman). Money can buy you those things!

Anyway. I am legitimately curious about this other render though...

Pick up a unit at 111 W. 57th and she'll just be a stone's throw from your balcony.

Or you could just stand out on her lawn with a boombox and hope for the best. Er, Central Park, that is.

I don't know why, but I don't like when the ESB isn't correctly rendered at night. The building has had LEDs in the antenna for quite a while now. But that's a really small detail that many won't notice or care about haha. And if I look closely I believe the lighting used in the rendering is actually pre-LEDs entirely. But alas, still nice photos of 432.

If we got 8760 people to each give $10,844.75, we could each have the penthouse for one hour a year.

Maybe we should shoot for a lower floor...

Alright guys I've got it figured out. There's a 6-bedroom penthouse on the 94th floor listed for $82.5 million. Obviously, we'll convert the library to a 7th bedroom, so in total the apt will sleep 14.

We only need 5110 people to each give $16144.81, and you will be able to share the penthouse with 13 other people.... for a whole day!

Just look at that floor plan (PDF): http://432parkavenue.com/floorplans/...ty_PH91-96.pdf
