I've said this before, but I love the color of the concrete. It stands out a lot among the sea of tan/brown and grey below it.

I'm pretty sure they're going to fill the top windows, as shown on the rendering. At least I hope, that would look weird if not :/

yeah,I feel as though they are waiting to get the crane down before we see the windows being installed,they still got a lot of heavy equipment up there they might not wanna screw around and break one of those 10x10 panes

Most skyscrapers in NYC have no parking. It's actually somewhat unusual for a NYC skyscraper to have a garage. Parking is generally not allowed in Manhattan.

This tower will have a very small, residents only, garage, but with only a few dozen spaces. Obviously underground, like basically all Manhattan garages.
