I'm not really baffled or anything by those number games...

The universe takes the easiest way, that's why certain numbers will keep returning. Everything is balanced out and things that aren't will be. That's also why architects will design accordingly to these numbers ,because asteticly, they are the most balanced.

Should I add that the golden ratio, found everywhere in nature is 1,6180 and that it has Fibonacci intervals 34, 21, 13 and 8 and that modern day computer algoritems work on the same numbers? Should I say that the biggest number in the Pythagorean theorem is every second Fibonacci number and the length of the hypotenuse of a right triangle with integer sides? If you take 2 of them they form a perfect square, making infact, the whole of 432 park avenue based on the Golden ratio?

Should I add that the most attractive found people are exactly shaped according to the golden ratio? Should I add that car designers design cars based on the golden ratio because people will find the models more attractive?

Exactly and what a lot of these "numerology" people can't grasp is that atoms are fundamentally geometric, thus anything "made of atoms" will inherently have "geometric patterns" throughout. And lo and behold, believe it or not, but everything in this universe, and certainly on our Earth, is made of atoms. Thus "natural" number ratios, like pi, the golden ration, etc, that were "discovered" to naturally occur-in-nature pop up everywhere in the natural world we live in incidentally made of atoms. Some people see a bunch of trees and are completely befuddled wondering... "where did the forest go?".

Or the fact that the smallest things we know, atoms and their internal structure are an almost exact copy of the biggest things we know in universe, galaxies, super groups ect . And that just like the universe beyond earth 99,9% of atoms is empty space bound by energy or made of the so called 'dark matter'.
Some people just fail to grasp the bigger picture indeed.

Some of the windows lack their plastic covering.

Colgate Palmolive's lease ends around 2020. Hopefully, it will anchor a new tower, and this PoS will be razed.

It's a matter of time before This PoS, which is located at 405 Park, is razed and replaced by a hotel/condo. The beautiful, old residential building next to it warrants a better neighbor.
