[It only has a shot of 432 Park Ave. but the video is still quite good.]

Dimensions

Hey guys, I'm fairly new here. Was wondering if anyone could give me exact dimensions of Park as I am trying to make a 3D model of it. I have tried making one with dimensions of 1396' by 93', but then 10 by 10 windows do not fit, as I am using 3' 8" columns in between them.

Column width inbetween windows
Exact height/width of base
Exact window dimensions

Much appreciated

Meh. It looks identical to countless other contemporary lighting schemes in midtown. But I withhold final judgement.

What I really can't wait for is the mech floor lighting (and for the nets to come down.) The frosted glass at the base is an unfortunate look, though. Like the bathroom of a mid-luxury apartment from 1994.

Agreed. It fits very well with the elegant simplicity of the tower itself

Does anybody else doesnt like this tower either?

I find it too skinny. Too tall. Doesnt even match the skyline...

Dont really think such a lame design should be taller than Empire State or WTC.

Anyway...

Buenos Aires and New York... my two loves

2nd quarter 2014:

3rd quarter 2014:

4th quarter 2014:

Thank you!!!

Taller towers are being built in the area (57th street that is). 432 PA won't be alone by 2017/18.

If by different you mean ugly, then yes.
