Interior looks nice but not my style. Are these apartments empty shells where the resident can fully customize or are do they all come with this modern look?

No. First of all, even without the spire, would still be a few feet taller.

Second, from the start, the idea was to look like a carpenter pencil.



Saw in a documentary, the idea was actually from one of the architects son or something.
