We've got some small skyscrapers of about 120 metres and the four towers business area with buildings of 250,249 , 236 and 230 metres. Specially the torre Espacio (designed by Henry N. Cobb ) and torre caja madrid (by foster) are really beautiful.

There is no country bashing on this forum. That goes for every person on here. Please take your opinions elsewhere and leave discussion to the topic of this thread because truthfully I don't really want to read it and I'm sure most others don't either.

Amazing building ! It's just so surreal !! Completely towering all the other big skyscrapers and with its orderly uniform shape...

Indeed! With a building this minimalistic, the devil is surely in the details. Removal of orange netting and blue protective film are gone make so much difference! I expect some nay sayers start to differ their opinion the coming weeks

The mech floors opening up really adds a new level of awesomeness to this tower. They didn't lie about the 'floating boxes' concept.

No, Tour Montparnasse ruined the skyline of Paris.

In contrast, this beautiful tower greatly enhances the skyline of NYC.

Also, the tower doesn't resemble a "matchstick". It doesn't even have the same shape.

That's the new-ish FDR Four Freedoms Park on the tip of Roosevelt Island. It has some nice views.

Agree. I drove around Manhattan yesterday and I really think this building looks good. No stupid spire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The new king of midtown....at least for a couple of years.

The exposed drums add the flourishes and breaks in design that the tower's detractors were screaming for.
