Yeah!..HUGE!!..I wish I could afford a pad there and enjoy one of the most exclusive cityscape in the world!
For who can feel and understand 432's design it's undoubtedly a great pleasure for the eye,a privileged experience,an architectural iconic masterpiece...(the opened mechanical floors are just sublime!)

How much more needs to be done for this building to be considered "completed"?

They must finish the living space, take down the exterior elevator, and uncover the Windows and drums. Basically once the first person moves in.

I hope they're going to do something with the side of 450 Park avenue, it's looking rather scarred
450 is a nice looking little skyscraper, it deserves better than to be left that way.

I'm not 100% sure and I might be terribly wrong but i think the floors where there is current orange covers (mecanical) will not really have windows and they will be always illuminated creating a special floating sorta effect by day and by night bands of lights on the tower. Hope this helped

The developer apparently designs the thin building to improve the view of tenants.
