432 Park Ave. got a mention in the New Yorker this week in Adam Gopnik's article:

"The things that give cities a bad conscience are self-evident: seeing the rise of 432 Park Avenue, the tallest, ugliest, and among the most expensive private residences in the city’s history—the Oligarch’s Erection, as it should be known—as a catchment for the rich from which to look down on everyone else, it is hard not to feel that the civic virtues of commonality have been betrayed."

The class warfare comments are a bunch of crap, but he's spot on about the tower's appearance.

Its actually the exact opposite. The Class Warfare stuff is spot on, the architectural criticism is bankrupt.

Just like the renderings.

We can also see 250 East 57th street u/c to the left of 432. If we look closely, URL in JC can be seen. 10 Hudson on the far right.

It would take a certain kind of guts to live in one of the upper floors of 432.

I had a dream I was up in the ESB during a windy day. It was swaying a little, but 432 Park was swaying so much that the top was flip-flopping side to side so much that it looked like a candy cane with the top floors upside down. Was wondering how they'd get people to buy those condos. Good thing it doesn't really work that way.

Yeah, so what's the point of the question?
It doesn't sway a lot at all, they fine tuned the design until you couldn't even feel a one year return wind (wind speed so high that only happens once a year) if you were on the top floor. Vinoly talks about it in one of his speeches. The building is incredibly stiff.
They definitely don't base their marketing strategy on your dream...

Funny enough.. when I look at this building, I too dream... because it's design sends me to sleep. What a boring boring building.

Tall, yes, but Dreary. Lazy. Dull.

I expect responses by butthurt people, but you all know it's true... it's DULL

There was no question. I was just sharing a wacky dream. When I was wondering how they'd get people to buy those condos, that was in the dream.
