Was scoping out some prices, and there's a nice unit for $17,175,000 on the 41st floor.

Not bad at all!

Now, if we just split it among 200 people, it comes down to $85,875 per person.

Taxes would be split, so its not that bad. That gives us exactly 17 sq-ft of living space if we give equal spacing to everybody. Which is enough for a small microwave, some blankets, and a pillow. So in other words, I'm living in the bathroom closet, and the rest, we can figure out who will get what.
I could sleep in 17 square feet if it's 2 x 8.5. Then I'd utilize the tall ceilings and stack my closet, tub, toilet and dog above me.

You can't exactly see much of the building in this shot, but I still thought it was a great picture non the less... figured I'd share.

I don't really get the complaints against this building. It is incredibly plain to the degree that it doesn't have enough of a design to dislike. If it were half of the height, it would disappear in the density of the city. And who here should complain about the height? I would think everyone would appreciate a new supertall for the city. So I figure the complaints must be with combination of the design and its height.

Frankly, IMO, it isn't an outstanding skyscraper in terms of design, but it is the first building in a very long time in NYC that looks surreal.
It is fun to scroll through the pictures of 432 and leave the very top of the tower out, pretending it continues upward infinitely.

The minimalist design of 432 Park will provide a stark contrast for the more elaborate designs of Verre, Steinway and Nordstrom, etc.

I have said this before and I still believe it: if Apple were to design a skyscraper, this would be it.
