Are you in daily contact with your favorite musicians? That's cool, I wouldn't even know where to start if I wanted to message mine!

I actually had the chance to meet Rush once but unless they secretly visit message boards, yeah, that communication is pretty much one way!

The building looks a bit fat from some angles. Would it look better if it were one window less wide?

Holy crap. I've seen plenty of NYC pics from the air before but not sure I've ever seen any that gives you such a great sense of what a truly gigantic city this is. Beautiful.

I ask you something: who would want to buy an apartment there in the first floors? If I spent dozens of millions of dollars I īd prefer to choose the last floor or the last ones, but not the 8th floor, for instance
I say the same for the rest of the new luxury apartments built or under construction. What do you think?

The first floors will be retail, mechanical floors and all kinds of amenities like gym, pool, conference rooms, etc.

Then, it will have the hotel rooms. Only from floor 20, the residential part of the tower begin.

But even there, it won't start with "mega apartments" from the first residential floors, it range from a 351-square-foot (32.6 m2) studio and as you go up, the apartments get bigger and bigger up to a six-bedroom, seven-bath penthouse with a library (for $95 million) the last floor.

So at level 26, it might not have the greatest view for those studio apartments, but level 26 is not low... probably still better that the average studio apartment on Park Avenue (that is not cheap at all because of location but you might even get "air shaft view").

When the "dozens of million" apartments start, they are above everything around them, and with clear view. here are the first 15 floors...

fat??
It's height/width ratio is over 10. Very high for New York standards.
More even skinnier towers will rise next to it, so it will be interesting to compare.

This is something I would have never expected to hear about 432PA.

Glad to hear that, 450 Park Avenue is a handsome little skyscraper, it deserves better than to be left with that ugly brick.
Noms, quit body-shaming 432, she doesn't need body image issues!

Compared to what, Pittsburgh? Most cities look flat from an airplane.

Not in that picture. Sounds like you don't know a thing about New York.

Manhattan looks great in these pics. I'd like to live in Park Ave..the biggest suite *which takes up one whole floor is a whopping 96 million!
