before anyone gets a chance to ask: the city is Barcelona, the cathedral in the center of the picture is La Sagrada Familia

Indeed Manhattan is mostly flat. It was flattened around the same era as instituting the street grid. Ironically, hills were added in Central Park. The northern end of the island was less touched by the flattening and there are some hills left there.

The residents of this tower will be able to see them but I'm betting they will seldom venture there.

Traffic Management Planning

Hi,

Could any of you please shed some light on the key considerations for managing traffic around a building such as this one (432 Park Ave, NY) which is surrounded by many major roadways?

If you don't like skinny and tall buildings I have bad news for you.

I think NY will start looking like Coruscant

Those new skinny super tall buildings give it a more futuristic look to NY.

The NYC skyline will change significantly in this decade. Better get used to it.

But in all seriousness, this tower has turned out much better than I expected. Once the other CPS super towers are built I think those in doubt may change their minds.
