OMG, and you still get paid for working with such views? They should charge you!
Thanks for sharing!
About 1 Madison Park, it's one of the buildings that impressed me the most in New York, it's extremely vertical! And that's why 432 Park is probably my current favourite project in the world.

Agreed, the skinniness of it makes it seem larger than it really is. Quoting from a previous post where I mentioned 1MP, most people I ask think it's at least 800ft when it's really just above 600ft. And imagine this but more than Twice the height, and you can see why this is also my favorite project in the world.

Hello everyone

Just joined the forum, but i've been reading it for quite some time now. I have a question regarding 432. For the last ~two weeks in can't see 432 camera. There's constanty that message about them blasting the site. Is it just me or is there someone else with the same problem?

tnx

Yeah nice hole! It would scare the daylights out of me if I worked in one of those adjacent townhouses! According to the drawings the lowest basement floor will 55' below grade...but that doesn't include the bottom slab, and footings. with such solid rock to tie to I doubt they will need to go much beyond 20m. looks like they are getting close to that between the townhouses. that is also about the depth they went with the street side retaining walls along south and east sides before they built up the ramp to the east. Can't wait to see them start pouring footings.
