How long till exterior completed? 6 months? Tired of seeing minimal exterior changes. I want to see the finished product so i can make a decision about whether or not i like this building...

Off topic, but that is a terrible waterfront area. They should pedestrianize it at some point.

Agreed. New York could do a lot more with its numerous waterfronts. The potential is endless.

New York Cities waterfront potential really is endless it has like 45 miles of waterfront and besides battery park they don't do anything with-it. It is all seaports, wharfs and mostly highways. I can understand why the highways were built there however the waterfront scene needs to be improved.

True. And ironcaly the "notorious" Ingles has one of the better proposals. This is a BIG idea that should be built, unlike the other one.
