Surely faster than 1wtc since it's so thin. I'd say the same speed as One57

1 WTC's base has a width of 200x200. 432 Park has a base of 100x100. So it should go up a lot faster. Not to mention that 1 WTC will take 6 years.

Expect something like One57..It will grow quietly but fast..At some point it will just shoot out of skyline!

That's true, though I wonder why they would make such palace-like tall ceilings?

Are you sure? This thing is supposed to have 12ft ceilings according to wiki.

Then you have something like 10 floors wasted in the open sections, plus that diagram shows mech floors that are double high so not too many floors.

If you look at the web cam the square shapes being formed to the left center could very well be the black rectangular footings shown in the drawing above. There also appears to be corresponding excavations in process to the right center as well. Their position seems to be about correct...It will be interesting to see what happens in those locations over the next two weeks.
The square shapes being formed to the left center look to me like the bases for the supports of the outer walls,
like the extreme left side of the pit but I'm not sure.
They will become part of the tower anyway, so one could argue that it is U/C already.

I think is because, usually office residential towers have higher ceiling than office towers. ... ANyway, why is this building not on the U/C section?

Since it is 100x100 feet is is far more massive than it was in the 420 meter version. I hope they'll put an updated version of the building on SSP diagrams soon

yes in general res. floors are not as high as office floors and additionally all the other things with mech floors makes that floor count.
