By comparing floors to diagram, around the 150 mark i think. Although it wouldn't surprise me if I'm wrong.

Note that the setback is on a different level then on the drawings. Higher above the roof of the tower nextdoor...

Looks like it's 13 stories above the double height mechanical floor, which is the first section after the setback. So it has 20 floors to go, then the roof, and any mechanical stuff up there going by the diagram ThatOneGuy posted.
