Gets my approval. Most cities 753' would be by far the tallest building but there's so much going on in NY right now it seemed to barely get any notice.

It's a different world to what is currently a very miserable street corner.. and I love the way there is barely anything in a thread for a 229m tower - if this were any other city, this thread would be packed with activity. New Yorkers are spoilt for choice!
