Midtown is getting denser and denser. That is awesome for the skyline though I wouldn't want to live there in a lowrise.

I could not agree more with you. From these photos it appears that the density is getting to absurd proportions, a far cry from the New York of the 40's where the tallest buildings were placed at a good distance from each other and the city looked fantastic!

The cut corners on the west side of the building are a nice touch, and are a very photogenic detail, as seen above. Decent addition all in all.
