it really is amazing that this is 750 feet or so and really doesn't impact the skyline at all lol but it really is a decent building

Next I focus on the entire block with three new massive buildings which turn it into a pretty dense block.

All three buildings in this picture are brand new.

Strange form on the top - not sure what that is about.

Yeah it looks that way! I love the color of the glass but it makes it look similar in color to One57 IMO

They are brothers in arms.

Btw I love the design, very sleek and elegant. Just wished it would have been taller. To break the Midtown plateau today's skyscrapers need to be at least >300m.

Actually the only supertalls in midtown are more to the sides. One57 is more north, ESB is way to the south, Chrysler Building only has a spire over 300m and it's to the east, Boa Tower and 4 Times Square are more in the center but only have tall spires/antenna's over 300m and the NY Times is more to the west. So Tower Verre will have the best central location.

This is from my balcony. I have watched this building climb. It's amazing how fast it went up!

Let me know if you want more pics. I have a few timelapse videos as well, but they aren't showing much building though.

Thanks!

Great balcony view you have! Amazing to see City Spire, Metropolitan Tower, Carnegie Hall Tower, One57 and 1715 broadway clustered in a row! Dreamshot!
