Tour First (renovated in 2011) in La Défense, 231m (spire), 225m (roof), 203m (last stage) :

But the roof is weird, so First is disqualified and the tallest building in France is always Tour Montparnasse (built in 1972), 210m (roof)

The highest structure in France is the Millau Viaduct, the tallest bridge in the world (343m) :

And we are waiting for Phare (290m) and Hermitage Plaza (349m) ...

But no matter who has the biggest, at the end she is the one and only, 324m, visited by +250 millions people (what a slut !), standing like a queen since 1889 :

I actually really like it before since I'm a fan of intenational modernism. Unfortunately I can only say the new one looks a bit...mmh..Dubai-ish, if that's the term?

Tallest structure:

Not existing - Warsaw radio mast (358,55 m). It was the tallest land-based structure in the world from 1974 to 1991 when it collapsed.

That is the diplomatic version. That glass is very modest.

My thoughts exactly. That pattern and glass would fit more to the Middle East than W Europe. A bad reclad imo.

In Brazil, the tallest is an old building in São Paulo called Mirante do Vale with only 170 m

In 2014 or 2015 will be inaugurated the Infinity Coast with ~240 m.

And Complexo Andradas with 350m and 85 fl will be the tallest in Latin America, to be opened between 2018 and 2020:
