Hey guys, I just checked NTA website and there is a news item that a high voltage line migration was completed along the Begin road (in the area adjacent to Gali Gil parking lot where they are digging the hole).
Is it the same high voltage line that is currently delaying all the project north of Azriely?

Link , link and more, Arlozorov car park between Ben-yehuda and Dizingof is now closed, ( AKA Dan bus garage ) so, maybe they will finally start working there as well.

Guys just a small update (no pics sorry).
Aviv tower on Rotschild has reached 16th floor (15 floors completed).
Bergeroin tower has reached 14 floors.
Also they put up a render for the Rotschild 17 and it looks nice.
In other news, I saw a new crane being erected close to Tel Aviv towers (3 and 4).
Could it be that the office building is starting construction or is there some other new project in the vicinity?

It is already approved so they might be starting its construction.
The crane looked pretty big (about half as tall as the TLV towers cranes

I agree. The pace is so slow How many floors will there be? It looks like they are working on the 10th right now. Are there many left?
What is causing this pace, btw? This is supposed to be a super luxury development, but this pace is like each floor is different than the rest, and treated like a private villa where the buyer decides on the layout.
