Fact: The so-calling SP Stadium at moment has no money to 65k. Municipalty said it will not put money on it. Today a press note said they push deadline away "again".

I like the seating layout, but is there any way to make the exterior look less like a concrete bomb shelter? And I don't mean the current fad of 'soap bubble' covers, either.
