quite all towers have the same height there. from 200 to 210
al marsa 254 + the unnamed 66 floor (250+)
37 floor unnamed tower

i'm picturing the view on the pinnacle right now

remember how much time it took till the name horizon tower was unveiled?
more than 4 months!!

I must say I didn't realise quite HOW high up the 53rd floor would be when i agreed the purchase .... 200m is a looong way to fall!

Was really impressed with the company - the quality of finish should put big developers like Emaar to shame (I looked at two penthouses in their finished towers and they were distinctly average - amazing views though ... and they're smaller).

So far I've only heard of 2 towers that will be taller - the Al Marsa and the un-named one ... neither of which are directly between the Marina Heights and the sea. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

Hopefully get the keys in Dec '05 - please send proof of not being a weirdo if you'd like an invite to the house-warming party!
