Waves will rise in the center of this image just near the bridge, behind is 5 Tower Emmar Project. To the Right is ARSHIA MARINA TOWER, and next to to MARY VIEW MARINA TOWER ( Pink Boards at far right)
I think the waves is just to the Far right in this Image Sorry

difficult to say as all of these location maps on tower websites are just crap and give you rough locations that could be all over the marina

also given all the shots we have taken with boarding and then distance you can take a guess from the form etc
