I wonder if a spire will be apart of the design here. Early renderings pre-Extell depicted a tower with a spire. If that happens, this tower might soar past 750'

I've created a second thread for 138 Willoughby as it is no longer fully integrate with the existing City Point development: http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...post&t=1874614 (City Point Phase III was to be the last tower at the site). The City Point thread will be moved to Highrises.

Second Phase of Brooklyn's City Point Development Forms New Building Cluster
