Mall of Arabia may be bigger, but Morocco mall sure does look 10X better. it's more " high tech " and futuristic like, while Mall of Arabia look more like one of those Disney land's distractions ! which is not bad, but, it's not that great either !

Gateway Theatre of Shopping in Durban, South Africa, has a lettable area of 180 000 sqm.

Sandton City in Johannesburg is currently being extended and will have a leasing area of 158 000 sqm upon completion.

Canal Walk in Cape Town has a lettable area of 141 000 sqm.

We don't include hotel and entertainment space into the total figure down here If we did Canal Walk would be absolutely massive considering it has numerous hotels, offices, apartments and a theme park attached to it
