Tengo unas preguntas sobre la sistema de trenes en Buenos Aires
1)How many people use Retiro and Constitucion stations
2) Are there any plans to expand commuter rail system
3) Who owns the commuter rails induvidual companies or one company

1)i don't have a number but i can asure U that it's almost overcrowded.
2)no, our commuter rail system is huge with almost 700km of tracks, there are projects to electrify it because most of it is diésel powered.
3) Woh thats a complicated question, previously it was state run, but after 1995 everything was privatized to Metropolitano (Roca,Belgrano Sur,San Martin), Ferrovias(belgrano norte), TBA trenes de buenos aires(Mitre and Sarmiento) and Metrovias(underground and urquiza line), in 2006 metropolitano give such a lousy service that the state took it over and now Roca San Martin and Belgrano Sur are state owned.

Is there any plan to open any part of the metro network in 2011?

Why Line B uses 3rd rail unlike other lines? Will future 3 lines will use overhead wire? Or 3rd rail?

1)clearly left side plataforms, our trains run like british roads.(only constitucion and retiro station have both sides plataforms.

2) the B line construction in 1930's was suposed not to be a subway but a rail link to the Abasto market (nowadays a shoping) thath in that time was buenos aires central market, and also to link the Ferrocarril Urquiza to the Port(nowadays Puerto madero.

the port link was never done, and to adapt tothe Urqiza Line standard (that uses 3 rail), B line is powered by it. in the 80's it was common to se a commuter train runing for the subway.

But still the urquiza rail line is not directly connected with the metro line B, so through running or reciprocal service like many Japaneese cities is not possible.

What will be used by future line F, G & I, overhead wire? Or 3rd rail?

The connection is very much curious.

Why there was a large halt of progress of extending the metro network during fifities and sixties? Before and afte that, it was grown satisfactorily, but why didn’t at that time? What were the problems?

3 dictatorships and a 4 or 5 crisis (smaller than the one 2001), an active "guerrilla" that made the gov spend a lot on weapons and little on infraestructure, problem that we are today suffering.

Politics often turns to dirty game.

Is all future stations of subway network will be underground?

yes as all of them are today, only an eventual expansion of the H line even southern than nueva pompeya (not planed yet but heard as a rumor) could be elevated.
buenos aires is a flat city, no mountains no hills, so an elevated subway is horrible for the city, and people here won't accept it.
