6/10 - The glass cylinder rising from the square stone of the lower part of the tower is effective, and the glass contrasts nicely with the stone. The strips of glass running down the entire facade are also a good touch. But the tower is too broad and boxy, and the stone needs, IMO more detailing.
The base seems to be fairly well done, though it's hard to tell, and there's more good contrast between glass and stone. But its different colors mean that it doesn't seem to go with the tower, so the overall effect is cluttered and fussy.
And the top doesn't seem to fit in too well, either, since it doesn't have anything much in common with the building underneath it.

Its cool. I don't care for those type spires. The structure is good and I really like the idea of it on top of that market thing or whatever it is.

7/10

this is a building in search of an identity!!..it can't decide what it wants to be..between the stone exterior and the cylinder tower and the top it looks like 3 buildings in one..i've seen designs like this in grade school....yuck!....4/10

I think I'll echo what most have been saying: yuck! There is absolutely no coherence to this design whatsoever. 3.0/10

Too wide and fat. The dome at the top makes it stand out a bit, but the dome does not really fit with the rest of the building.

6/10

7.5/10

I know this comes across as juvenile to many, but I cant help but feel that it is a cheerful design and at least its highly symmetrical.

...and yes, at the very least it is symmetrical.

Another scraper with a combination of forms and materials.

Although i do like the curved green glass, what intarnation is that multi-colored, multi-storey base .

A "tryhard" tall.

BTW Where is this "dome" that adelaideglenelg refers to? More like a spire or pinnacle me finks.

6 I kinda guess.

This ill proportioned building looks like a bizarre rocket ship, or something out of Toy Town. . . 5/10

Complete and utter crap. This is exactly the sort of building that is giving Asian highrise architecture a very bad name around the World. Perhaps the Asian culture prefers this sort of chintz, but in my culture, buildings like this are ridiculed and derided.

3.5/10

sorry, but the base is terrible, and the crown, and the rest is only very slightly better...and none of the seperate styles fit togther at all.

And how exactly do you get a 5 year old building to look so dirty?

3.5/10 - I only give 3 or less to complete crap but this one comes very close.

Whoah! That nastiness is on the pedestal permanantly? I thought that these were construction pics, and that the cladding hadn't been put on the pedestal of the building yet... Yikes, that really is nasty and very cheap/chintzy looking...

Man, I think this is a real bonafide case of a building being more of an eyesore/embarrassment to the city, instead of showing us how "great" they are.
