Nakanoshima Festival Tower 中之島フェスティバルタワー

This twin tower development in Osaka will be build in 2 parts, 1st the East tower will be constructed from Early next year and 2nd will follow after that. It's located in the heart of the city on the Nakanoshima island in the Kyu-Yodo River just south of Osaka station.

It will clearly be a top down construction, so when the 1st floor is finished they will start to dig out the 3 underground floors. If we also see some tower cranes there will also be some upward growth soon.

That's just one of the two, the second tower will follow later. Look at the first post, at the top of this page!

It's impressive how they rise it up by huge levels of several floors at a time. One more level after the one they're building now, and they'll have completed the big "base" of the tower, it seems!
