Saundersfoot and Tenby Wales UK
A summers day trip to Tenby and Saundersfoot, weather was a bit poor in Saundersfoot but then became great in Tenby. Tenby is a jewel of a town, very popular as well

Good start! You're right, that part of Wales is beautiful. There are some lovely beaches as you've just shown which look great in all weathers really. Very similar to Cornwall in places. Look forward to seeing Tenby!

Tenby, the town sits on a high ridge above the beaches. the town is walled and only residents cars are permitted at certain times. Great pictures! You've captured the essence of Tenby...a place that has captured our hearts...every year we return. We've been vacationing in Tenby for over twenty years and hope to continue doing so for many more years!! The entire Pembroke coast is a wonder so spectacular, so varied and so off the beaten track.

Great photos! Tenby is a lovely little town with really nice golden sandy beaches, Saundersfoot is very nice too. The whole Pembrokeshire area is one of my favourite spots in the UK, the climate is very good by UK standards too.
Cardiff, did you get over to Caldey Island? There are more nice beaches and an attractive monastery there. When I took the boat trip over there last year we were surrounded by a school of dolphins leaping out of the sea between the island and the mainland.

Not been to Caldey island at all. We always seem to just have a quick visit rather than making a day of it.
