Did you get angry because he used Gremio's Arena as an example of the same thing that is happening in Beira-Rio?
It is only and example of another stadium where the area around the stadium will spend some years to be like the original project showed.
Try only understand the message, take it easy man.

Noone from Internacional promised that all this buildings around the stadium would be ready for World Cup.

Also, FIFA did not asked for it.
Are you seeing FIFA complaining that there isn't a Marina or a Hotel aside Beira-Rio?
NO, because FIFA do not cares about it. They are interested only if the stadium and the parking garage will be ready, if there are enough hotels IN THE CITY (not in Beira-Rio), if there is a good airport and a good system transportation for people moving to the stadium.

Actually it's a very common type of stadium.

The name of the stadium is ESTÁDIO BEIRA-RIO, "José Pinheiro Borda" was a simbolic name, in honor of a man who idealized the stadium.

the same sport, a square field, a rounded ball, surrounded on most or all sides by tiered seating for spectators...

How are all those new stair towers added around the Beira Rio Stadium, to improve access, etc.?

You can see it here:

There are 14 towers: 8 to the 5th level and 6 to the 6th level.
It will make possible evacuate the stadium in 8 minutes.

Last time I heard, one week ago, 12 of 14 had already been finished.

I'm sorry, but i think that this stadium isn't unique, because South Africa has a similar stadium, the Nelson Mandela Bay that was built for the FIFA World Cup 2010

1 - Beira Rio project was "SOLD" to the FIFA and CBF comitee as a renovation of all the area, with the marinas, hotels, etc.

2 - the residentials on the side of Grêmio Arena are already under construction for your information.

3 - NOBODY in the rest of Brazil cared about the project around Grêmio Arena, only about the stadium itself. On Beira Rio however, the stuff around was one of the major attractions, so much that ALL THE TIME we see people asking about the stuff around.

A Soberba é grande do lado azul.

That question was not for you, but ok... so I do not know if you have read the entire thread, forgive me if I get repetitive.
Under construction does not mean ready. I said it isn't NOW as the full project shown. And it is not a critic for Arena, I was just using that situation to explain that it is a common situation.
It will be in the future? I'm pretty sure yes. But, as I said, it is being built some time after the stadium was finished. Same thing that Beira-Rio will do. That's the point I was talking about.

That stuff was showed in the presentation that Porto Alegre showed to FIFA? yes... but if they had proposed Arena you think they would have shown the beautiful neighborhood that will be created in the next years, or do you think they would have shown just the stadium surrounded by a slum? for sure, first option... and does it would mean that the entire neighborhood would be ready at the time of the WC? I'm pretty sure NOT.

Have you seen FIFA complaining that there isn't a Marina or a Hotel aside Beira-Rio? Have you seen them complaining that it was not what the original idea? Definitely NO. This is the fact. So, if it was "SOLD" to FIFA, they did not bought that, because SINCE THE BEGGINING they focused just on the stadium. FIFA never cared about the Marina or Hotels aside Beira-Rio.

People are interested in the stuff around the stadium? That's OK, I understand... I'm also... but noone said that it would be ready in 2014.
