The 166.8m, 34 storey building will have a four-storey support block, a circular tower block moving in gradually at the bottom and the top. Total floor area of the building will be 65,234m2; including 15,896m2 of the two basements for parking, technical equipment and auxiliary function rooms. 14,080m2 of the support block (Level 1 to Level 4) will be for working rooms, informatics centre, data centre, reception and conference rooms. The tower block (from Level 5 to Level 34) with a floor area of 35,258m2 will be for city department and agency offices. Levels 33 and 34 will comprise a revolving restaurant and sightseeing area for the general public. Supplementary items include internal roads, garden-yard, sports area and a 1,200 outdoor vehicle parking area.

i dont really understand the construction pics..
those bigger fundations, fundaments... are they for the tower or for the lower building?

very beautiful tower building, The images above are very awesome and delighting. My grandpa is an architecture and now he is retired. He lives in old age living home and very interested in construction of new buildings.

Danang Administrative Center is the Priority construction located at Da Nang City, Vietnam
- Total height: 166.8 m, 34 floors, 2 basements.

- The Podium (from 1st floor to 4th floor, 14,080 m2) is set up for offices, IT center, conference rooms….
