Construction has already started for Tabung Haji owned project at Presint 3, just beside Masjin Tuanku Mizan.

The design was the winning competiton scheme by Nicoletti Design from Italy + Hijjas Kasturi as the local consultant. Other invited Architects were Norman Foster, BDP from UK n I forgot the last one, this was way back in 2007....Fosters scheme was quite a dissapointment.......not aware of similar project in China, i know one in New Caledonia by Renzo Piano......

The bridge is suppose to be use by Monorail which was cancelled. I blame whoever cancelled the project.
