Buenos Aires - Cape Town - Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia Airlines) official for 3 October (B747) 2 weekly
This is more a new route for Cape Town, up till now it operated EZE-CPT-JNB-KUL, but from this coming Sunday it's a nonstop flight between CPT and KUL, while JNB-KUL becomes a 3x weekly 777 flight in it's own.

For South Africa there is no new routes confirmed in the near future, only new airline on a route would be BA/Comair to fly 5x weekly JNB-DAR.
Most recent new route is Airlink on JNB-TET (Tete, Mozambique) with ERJ135 3x week, started in August. Other new major airlines/routes this year was Jet Airways JNB-BOM, Thai JNB-BKK, V Australia JNB-MEL.

Rumoured:
Hainan JNB-Beijing (probably via somewhere)
TAM GRU-JNB
Aerolinas Argentinas EZE-CPT or JNB
Air NZ AKL-MEL or PER-JNB (after V Aus pulls MEL-JNB)
Jet Airways DUR-BOM
RAM JNB-CMN

São Paulo - Barcelona - Singapore will be codeshare between Singapore and Spanair. Will we see Singapore's planes landing in GRU? Or only their passengers in a Spanair's flight?
