am i reading this right? there will 2 be ayala centers in the island of negros, one is northpoint and the other is the civic center? tama ba?

 that's correct sir...2 simultaneous projects of ALI in negros occ. one in talisay city, (about 3 kms north of bacolod) the ayala northpoint community center and the other one, the proposed Ayala Capitol Civic Center on the 7.7 has. provincial capitol property.

kalapad pa gid sang area nga for future development. ang hua ming tani mag-open sila tertiary level in partnership with ALI kag mayo kon diri gid nila dayon ibutang. pwede gid mangin st. john's university. i think this was the case of UAP before. it has the backing of SM. migo @RN, if you have inputs on this, please enlighten us.
