Sorry to disappoint you migs, but it will be finished by the FIRST QUARTER OF 2011.

The initial phase of the project will involve the construction of the first 2-storey building with approximately 4,500 square meters of GLA. It is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2011.

But who knows, basi mag-change of plans ang Ayala and it'll be finished earlier?

i remember @suv said that the reason why they made the first building two storey only because "someone" wants the project be finished the soonest possible... i guess this "someone" knew of the soon to be tenant of this building..

there were clues given to us actually, an ayala owned call center and a partner of ayala in bpo business.....
