Oo bai, I know about those comments, but what the heck, they only make themselves look bad and they cannot stop the developments so let's not sweat the small stuff out kumbaga. Dili na lang nato tagdon.

I have a feeling mapuno na na ato CBD in less than 5 years. This is a very good news since a booming real estate means a thriving construction industry which can spill-over to all related businesses. the end result is a progressive economy. Viva!

As per discussed nako gahapon sa imoha bfore malimtan. Alveo is 29 storey nya naa pa jud twin tower itukod somewhere in Fuente area at 39 storey and 37 storey each by another Cebu based developer by next year. Planning stage is underway just hold your breath guys.

I agree. ang CBP puno na ug streamers announcing Cebu Alveo project. Besides, this is a high-end Ayala undertaking so chances are, ready and all systems go na ni unless kung mangahanaw kalit ilang streamers without explanation. lol. Viva Cebu!

betro already informed me that all systems go na for Alveo Cebu, Ayala Expansion and the SM projects in SRP.. Naa na gani ni sya mga renders daw.. but of course we have to find ways pa to get it.. hehehe

sorry to say this nga akong mga taga SSC Cebu nga group kay insecure naman.
Na miss naman to nako ang SSC Cebu nga down to earth. Nauwaw na gyud ko sa taga SSC Cebu kay tagbaw tag panalipod sa thread nga lawgawon nila.

How much more if those Citta di Mare, SM-SRP, Robinson's NRA, Ayala Projects and the rest will be finished. Shall we let go of our humility in the guise of pride of place?

Been worried about this. With the progress of Cebu, I wonder if most of us, Cebuanos, can still keep our much adored reputation of being humble, kuripot ug maki-"inato" lang.

As what Cardinal Vidal said, "Cebu should be a place of value". Highrises, malls and other infra projects are just the physical aspect of the Cebuano's spirit of being industrious, innovative and entrepreneurs. I am proud of being a Cebuano and of Cebu, since the time that there was still no highrises in Cebu.

I hope, we won't trade our "tatak Cebuano" to just a couple of 30-storey buildings.

Let's keep humble, pero mosukol attitude.
