Alveo to launch project in Cebu

MANILA–Alveo Land Corp., the middle-income unit of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), will be spreading outside Luzon, and is planning to launch its first high-rise project in Cebu at the Cebu Business Park next year.

Alveo Land project development group head Yeng Tupaz told reporters the move is part of the company’s plan for a nationwide market expansion following the success of their various property developments in Luzon.

She said the expansion is also meant to strengthen Ayala Land’s plan to accelerate its property projects in Cebu.


ALI president Antonino Aquino earlier said the company plans to bring all the ALI residential brands like Avida, Ayala Premier, Alveo and Amaya to Cebu. Avida Land Corp. made its first entry to Cebu with its condominium project at the Asiatown IT Park.

Tupaz said the Alveo Cebu project will be a joint venture with Cebu Holdings Inc., an Ayala-led company and the developer of the Cebu Business Park.

Although no further details were disclosed about the upcoming project, Tupaz said the Alveo project in Cebu is one of the 12 projects outlined by the company for next year.

She said the company hopes to put up more developments in key areas such as Makati, Bonifacio Global City, Laguna and Pampanga.

“We see Cebu as one of the brand’s major growth areas,” Tupaz said. She said the project will be the first in the Visayas-Mindanao area.

Alveo has been operating for eight years. Among its projects are Two Serendra at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig; The Lerato, Senta, and The Columns Legaspi Village in Makati; Ametta Place in Pasig; Celadon Park Tower Two in Manila; and Verdana Homes in Biñan, Laguna.

It also has developments within Nuvali, the country’s first large-scale integrated eco-community in Laguna. These developments are the 60-hectare Treveia and the 74-hectare Venare.

Alveo, which launched four projects in the first half of the year, had a total inventory of 32,000 units. It sold 433 units in the first half and as of September, the company has sold 37 percent or 833 units in the projects located in Makati, Bonifacio Global City and Laguna.

The company also exceeded its growth target by 11 percent in the first half of the year.

thanks sa info bai...so, dili diay 29F as previously rumored...also, i wonder kung unsa ang look kung ang parking is podium type....since in between man diay Park 1 & 2, so we don't expect it will be a glassy one...it should blend in with the 2 towers, otherwise, it will look awkward...i'm expecting nga iconic but i doubt it...

me too. nafrustrate ko gamay. gamay lang.

bitaw, payts na na uy. 21F basta if they really stick to their earlier statement that it would become the tallest in the area, then i believe with that number of floors, there could be a pinnacle on it. pero usahay no, sa kagamay anang mga pinnacles, bahalag mao nay makapadala og taas, pero mubo ra unya gihapon ni siya tanawon sa lexmark kung tanawon nimo sa layo.
