hala oi, nangsulpot naman ning mga hi-rise oi..di na jud mapugngan...bai die hard nindot ka diha da kay pagbalik nimo diri, dako nag kausaban daghan na nya ka makit-an hi-rise...
bati ning naa ra ka diri kay matagbaw kag huwat nga moturok, hehe...mao nahan nako anha diha aron pagbalik nako cebu natukod na ang mga gipanghisgotan..

This explains

Sedona Parc has 21 number of floors with physical height equivalent to 29-storeys edifice (because of the presence of bi-level units).

Just like the same with UR Fuente Tower 3 with 27 floors (equivalent height to 36-38-storeys edifice)

and now my friend who works in ayala told me this will be 29 storeys..

so mora sad ug naa consistency bah..

but to clear things out, wa na jud ta mahimo but to wait for the rendering na lang jud.
