Thanks again, Gaviidae! Northfield is a major college town, and it also has a very healthy economy to boot. It's definitely an attractive little community.

Coming out of lurker mode to say that I spent 4 great years in Northfield at Carleton and it's a great town. Never expected to see these on SSC, but makes me miss it.

I google that town and i saw that its quite close near (well, not too close) to Minneapolis & St. Paul twin cities... the distance in hours between twin cities and NorthField is few hours?
