If you already know that your city had the olympics in the past, then you don't need to have them again, plus you probably already know that this is the third time for London.

However, this is what can make the IOC biased to some cities especially if they are not in Europe like NYC and Tel Aviv no matter how they are capable of hosting it.

ok peru y lima. 2016

I think that Busan should get it. Busan in Korea is very beautiful. I was there a couple of times. I live in New York City and honestly I don't know if New York could host them successfully. Too much of a terror warning. I know they lost the bid, but who knows what 2016 will bring. I'm not Korean and obviously don't live there, but I think that Busan is one of the most beautiful cities in Asia. Maybe I'll go to visit the city sometime this summer

Oh great we are being told from both sides that we won cos the IOC biased. According to your theory because their is a European bias, alternatively because of the 'anglo-saxon' bias in the IOC according to the French...

Dubai are muslims, and muslims are barely interested in Olympics. Toronto should get it, the most multicultural city in the world

Dallas MMXVI

Excellent existing sports infrastructure. Two huge city parks to host most events, one with a great chance for renewal that sits in the center of the historic Fair Park. Huge international airport that's one of the top 5 in passenger traffic. Road infrastructure is going through huge upgrades currently and will be finished by 2016. Rail system undergoing huge expansion to be finished before 2016. Large, top-level professional and college sports facilities all over the metro. One of the top sailing lakes in the US. Lots of locations near Fair Park for new olympic village that would see great use after the games. Rapidly growing metro that could reach 8-9 million by then. Largest city festivals would take place in September when the IOC said a Dallas Olympics would occur. Definitely has the capability to host. Would Dallas be selected? I doubt it, but we are pooling ideas at the Dallas forum already, hoping the 2012 committee will give it another try since the current mayor won't be around to cause trouble again.

Jokes aside the best chance to actually WIN the 2016 bid IMO as reall possible winners are:

New York, im not saying other cities wont be selected,i just think one of the best cities in the world would have an excellent case
Buenos Aires, a strong candidate with good solid potential
Cape Town, Strongest and Africa's biggest hope,IOC would include it in final five
Toronto, might be too soon afte 2010 but they could be chosen

Istanbul a final five spot but wont win
i doubt the winner will be European, Toronto is another excellent choice but Canada is hosting th 2010 Games

Delhi and KL - not ready as yet, KL received poor ioc report for its 2008 bid
Rio, better chance in 2020

2016 SHORTLIST

NEW YORK
CAPE TOWN
BUENOS AIRES
TORONTO
ISTANBUL

WINNER: NEW YORK/CAPE TOWN if Cape Town takes second place, it will most likely host 2020
