It's sad that you're so monotonous in an immature way. Seriously, do you have anything original or new to say before you leave? (Preferably something thats not created in the mind of your own) You're embarrassing Greece tenfold! I pity the Greek people for having you as their representative. But hey, whatever floats your boat!

Thats what I'm talking about! I would love to see the Olympics come to Tampa in 2016. I think we would have a better chance if we made a combined bid with Orlando. And by the way for anyone who doesn't know, Tampa is located on the West coast of Florida, in the south eastern United States.

You seem to be in a state of confusion on that topic, Valeroso. I am not going anywhere. But you may be taking a sabbatical in a short while. And that would be unfortunate, from my perspective. Frankly, I enjoy your posts. I never leave this forum without amusement or chuckling.

I think I would like to see either South Africa or New Zealand get the games, not sure if NZ is putting in an offer, but these places really need a boost, places like Istanbul and Toronto etc already get enough coverage and are already wealthy. SA and NZ would deal with the games well.

I would vote Toronto...since it isn't in your poll for some reason, and about 5-10 other places that shouldn't be on there are, I didn't vote in the poll

I would like Rio to host the Olympic Games. But I know the city has to do a great work to change the world's vision of violence that, obviously, is not that way people think.

Although this statement is already some months old, I want to comment on it. This statement is not correct. Proof:

Olympic Games 1968: Mexico-City, Mexico
FIFA World Cup 1970: Mexico (ok, not exactly in the same decade)

Olympic Games 1972: Munich, Germany
FIFA World Cup 1974: Germany

Olympic Games 1996: Atlanta, USA
FIFA World Cup 1994: USA

Wow, considering that only 50 years ago where you are form (Dubai right?) that your region was a cultural backwater and illiteracy was over 95% you come off as pretty arrogent.

well then you rea just an insecure, arrogent, elitest blowhard which is hardly any better.

Not so many decades ago Greece was consdiered a backwater of Europe (regardless of the history) so I wouldn't mouth off really, but that is just me.
