I don't know about the always beautiful weather part. It is hot and HUUUMID in the summertime and it usually rains just about everyday in the afternoon as well. Miami's best weather is basically every season but summer.

Yeah, and I'd prefer Buenos Aires WAY over Miami.

Aha so Argentina is getting back on top again! good good, love to go there one time because the chicas, tango and the barbacoas mamamia! Time to invest big there no?

I think Buenos Aires has a very strong case, leading the bid for a first South American Olympics and why not? It is afterall the most populous city in South America and is steeped in splendid and historical architecture.

Perhaps the only other cities in SA that could rival is Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo, but I think economical stability and infrastructure is important and the Argentine city will develop quickly and win hands down on both counts, if it hasn't already.

~~MONTERREY 2016~~

OLYMPIC BID

Monterrey is located in the nothern part of Mexico, in the state of Nuevo Leon, it was founded 1596 by Diego de Montemayor. With a population of more than 3 million, Monterrey is one of Mexico's most important cities, along with Mexico City & Guadalajara, it's a metropolis of ambition and progress, which would like to show it to the rest of the world, if awarded the 2016 Olympic Games. The city counts with one of the best infrastructures in all of Mexico, connecting the past with the future, with its many museums of diverse topics and it's growing modern architecture. This and more is Monterrey... and more is still to come in 2016.....

Weston super mare possible Olympic City 2016?

Just about everywhere else has been mentioned so what about this bad boy town? All the usual features:

-poor infrastructure

-crap venues

-low level of support and backing

-outdated transport system

About all the hallmarks of a possible 2016 Olympic bid.

Yeah but sadly, it's not just SSC. SSp is just like this. People in our own country do not want another southern city to have the olympics again because Atlanta got it in 96. People even go as far as saying they would like to see the olympics in another country to ever be held in cities like Houston or Dallas or Atlanta again.

ill say it again everybody judges the olympics by their innauguration ceremony , in that area and specially after barcelona and before the sydney 2000 atlanta is not the best , but we saw many record brakings and exiting games . michael johnson and carl lewis .

the worst in history were the games in Munich were all israeli atletes were murdered . they should have been cancelled . but europeans dont give a hook about jewish people.
