"Of course Europe is EUROPE.... it was a pity compare my european country
with a country that dont have a rich culture..."

America may be a young nation compared to many in Europe but that's a stupid thing to say. America has a very rich culture.

And that picture is beautiful.

In the less then two hundred year history since Chicago has grown exponentially it has a very rich and diverse history but you may have actually to read about and explore it instead of taking the easy lazy route and not.

I highly doubt that Madrid would get the 2016 Summer Olympics, just on the basis that the IOC wouldn't be willing to give the Olympics to European cities twice in a row. The first of course being London 2012. Perhaps try for 2020 or 2024, I'm sure Madrid would pull off a fantastic Olympic Games.

In the mean time, I think that they would be looking for a Summer Olympics in a region that's out of the norm and hasn't held an Olympics before, such as Africa, the Middle East or South America.
IMO, an Olympic Games in any of these regions would be a real reflection of the future and show that the 'under-dogs' could do a fantastic job at hosting the Summer Olympics.

Buenos Aires.

South America never had the games and its about time they finally get them. And Buenos Aires or Santiago are IMO the two best choices for that.

Brazilian cities like Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro are way too crime-ridden and cities like Lima, Bogota or Caracas don't seem to have the infrastructure for such a huge event yet, so Buenos Aires seems to be the best choice.

Other than that, I hope that Istanbul will get it one day, they've applied so often and the city is amazing and would be a great place to host the Olympics.

Dubai and Doha still need a couple more years until they are ready to host the olympics, plus there is the additional problem with the heat and not all sports can take place indoors.

The question is not will Doha change its schedule but if the IOC will find it worthy and willing to change its schedule.

No, I am saying that they will not even think about hosting the games in the Qatar summer and if they did move it from sometime like Nov-Jan it will be looked at as a concession. Just how much a concession is hard to say but it would be considered one. It is not some trivial detail that would just haphazardly be granted.

There will never be summer games in December, because the season for the athletes goes from April to September.

Sydney held it from Mid-September to the end of September and even then there was some complaining by the athletes. You will never be able to push summer games back until December, probably early October but that's about it.

Rio de Janeiro: WC 14..... Olympics 16??? Very unlikely.
Doha: Didnt they do a fantastic Asian Games??
Buenos Aires: Isnt the country still in crisis??
Bangkok: City seems a little small but please correct me.
Istanbul: I cant see why not. But dont they lack the 'big stage' experience.
Cape Town or Durban: Alot depends on how WC 10 goes.
Toronto: Winter Olympics in 10 will seriously hurt its changes.
Dubai: Harsh conditions. i.e extreme conditions.
Istanbul won't probably be host. Istanbul and Turkey have big strange experiments, many big organizations took and will take place in Istanbul (FIBA World Basketball Championship 2010), but city is in a change and has some urban problems recently. Minister of Sport announced that "we are not ready yet"

But Doha or Cape Town can be possible.

also Chicago. It is tradition to give Olympics to American cities so often.
