it's any problem for madrid the case of london host the 2012 OG?? i mean, the fact that europeans countries host preceded games. In negative case, i think madrid will get it... but i still supporting Rio! Go rio

I don't see anything that great about either of Rio's videos, the second one just shows a bunch of ethnic groups walking around and smiling. It may feel stereotypical to IOC members, any of the cities could have made a video like that.

My oponion

Chicago is a favourite because of great influence of USA policy, economy, speech of Obama and similar. But don't forget that games in Atlanta 1996 were the worst in last 30 years.

Madrid unfortunately doesn't have chances because of London.

Tokio has the best project. Asian games have always been technological excellent organized (Seul, Beijing) but Beijing is too close to Japan and Tokio is the only from those who has already been a host of games.

Rio is very symphatic, a big advantage is a fact that South America has never organized games. But ... the problem is Mundial 2014. I doubt they will confide organization of 2 biggest sport events in 2 years to Brazil + high grade of criminal.

My prediction:
1. Chicago
2. Tokio
3. Rio
4. Madrid

"The Times", Lula beat Obama in the battle of the Presidents

Official discourse highlights the most attractive of the Brazilian, who could lead the IOC members to use the emotional side of the vote

GLOBOESPORTE.COM
London

The British newspaper The Times said on its Web site to win Luiz InŠcio Lula da Silva on Barack Obama in the battle of the presidents during the presentation in Copenhagen bids to host the Olympics in 2016. Obama talked before, as Chicago was the first to view your project.

The report said the speech was more attractive Brazilian, speaking of the uniqueness of the Games in South America Rio de Janeiro was the third application to perform in the auditorium of the Bella Center, after Tokyo and Madrid before. The choice of the IOC will be made later on Friday.

"The man who is considered the owner of the best of contemporary political discourse was surprised by Brazilian Luiz InŠcio Lula da Silva," wrote the Times, which cited the fact that Obama set the United States as a multiethnic nation, safe and guarantees financial.

The praise Lula's FIFA president Sepp Blatter, were also highlighted by the English newspaper.

"Blatter said it was a touching speech. Other IOC members can agree with that. The candidature of Rio is the only one that offers them the opportunity to make history - something they might have to do is follow your heart, rather than cling to crime rates, "wrote the newspaper.

I think Madrid was a big surprise. God only knows what will happen. I hope the best wins, it doesn't matter who it is.

My sentimental favourite is Rio, of course.
