absoluely, beautiful shots of London town.
I'm always fascinated with photos of people on the streets which show how lively
and vibrant the city is. I particularly like that shot of people walking along the tree-lined
sidewalk with autumn leaves starting to fall.

If you get the chance, take a trip to Richmond Park. From what I can remember, there are some great vantage points for capturing the skyline from a distance and it's a beautiful place to just chill out and forget that you're in a big city.
Thanks mate - very glad to hear it! London is my new adventure lol. Yes I've heard Richmond Park is a nice quiet retreat though can become quite busy in summer. I will certainly consider going there sometime this autumn with the autumn colours or maybe even the first snow.

Thank you! I find it quite interesting looking back at what shots I've taken seeing what people were in them and how they're walking too haha. It was certainly very summer over the weekend though there is a slight nip in the air now as colder air is arriving. Perhaps some slightly differently-dressed people over the coming days.

What's famous about the squirrels or are you being facetious?

I lived in London and never took notice of them.

They are a big part of most peoples visit to the park in front of buckingham palace, like the pigeons used to be in trafalgar square. Just very charasmatic and tame.

I lived in NY too, and there are squirrels in all the parks. No one ever took notice of them. When I lived in London, I did not take notice of them either.

London's Royal Parks are well known for being home of many squirrels (at least among tourists).

Hotel Russell is a gorgeous building, by far one of the best in London. It's really imposing.

Thank you! That is looking down Horse Guards Avenue, just off Whitehall looking east. The building on the left is the War Office I believe.

I agree, a beautiful building it is and the red brick stands out in particular.
