work seems to be slow as compared to Oasis and World one. infact at this rate I think they will finish last in the line despite launching almost a year before them.

btw, can anyone verify the price of this building today? last I remember sonu sood had bought for 20 cr on 51st floor. Any update after that?

Construction of Minerva actually began more than 6 months after world one! Maybe even longer. But yes the pace does seem. Little slow. Apparently their podium is a very complex structure and looks like they have been working on its details for quite a while now.

From what I recollect. Minerva surely had their bhumi pujan in Oct/2010. Whereas World one': it seems they had it in Jan/2011. so i think it's quiet the opposite.

I doubt its that complex structure.

It's probably because of the kind of space restrictions they have in building this project. In the back is bellisimo and in the front is the railway lines. Also on one side there is a rehab building being constructed. So I think the cranes do not have free and quick movements to assist in quickly raising the floors.

At this pace, I think they would be able to complete only in December 2014? or longer ?

Absolutly right Minerva had some event Oct 2010! - However- World one had actually started construction mid 2010- They had soft launched the project in the market infact by early 2010 already! Even though the actually began advertising etc much later.

Minerva just about broke ground end 2010. So nope, Minerva construction for all practical purposes began after World one. Having said that- yes they they do seem to be going pretty slowly!

hey, i just visited the site on saturday night. Came to know from the manager at the site that only the podium level are still constructed in both "A" and "A1" wing,

Whereas, the core of A1 wing is until the 3rd floor and the core of A wing has reached 4th floor only. (the floor is only constructed until podium level)

This is very disappointing. very very slow work.

Nope ! The Core is on the 7th and 8th level respectively in the 2 wings! The Lobby level is 3 storeys with sandwitched services and the core is up 4 and 5 slabs "Over and above" those 3 levels. Its pretty evident even in the images. Apparently they are targeting to be at the 26th level ( first residential level) by June 2013. Yes you maybe right about the construction of the actual floor slabs. But isnt world one also for some reason only rising with the core.

Well, I don't know about what you are saying. But in all from what the site manager said: it's core above the podium level was only 3 floors and 4 floors each.
Considering the podium is 3 floors, then it will 6 and 7 floors of core above ground level. Still not good enough. I dunno why would the site manager not give accurate details to its clients. lolzzz specially if the building reaches 8th level, the next level of payment can be demanded from it's client.

Yes, even the World one is doing the same. But world one is now beyond 26th floor at core. I think.
Whereas, Minerva is so slow. Not good. Not good at all.

Also, can someone please now change the title of this page. I don't know how to do it. Minerva is now 86 floors and consequently increase in the height of the building to 322m.

Source: Site Manager of L&T at the location. Also, the article was posted by someone about the Cranes being used mentioned that it's now 86 floors. I you add up 12.25 ft floor height it would come to about 322m or something.

And Yes, I am relatively free in the last few days because I am down with fever, so I am resting at home. Thought I could give my opinion. Is there any problem ?

No. My facts are not mixed. I think it's pretty straight forward. If you visit the website of lokhandwala. It say's it's 85 floors. The 86th Floor is the blue terrace sort of thing on top which will be illuminated. above the two penthouses.

And yes, I as mentioned above, If I have an opinion then I shall bump into every forum where I wish to express my opinion. is there any problem. Or is it that only a few of you have valid sources of information and should be allowed to comment regularly?

I am sorry. the last payment due for Minerva infact was not the 8th Floor. It was at Plinth Level. The next (future tense) will be the 8th Floor. So I hope you meant you statements in future tense.

I would love to see the scanned copy of the demand letter which says that the 8th floor WAS complete and you need to make the payment.

No TTB ! ! I hope you get out of the illusion.
I am just trying to facts corrected at instances where I feel people are being mislead by the builders (and their associates in this forum). No personal grudge against him or any other builder. I am part of the same community and have been investing for a quiet sometime with these builders.
And if you feel I am under a wrong impression of facts, please feel free to express as you have expressed above. No issues. We can debate and come to ascertain the true facts by mutual discussions and debates.
