i came across a video of Marathon Group's MD talking about Marathon Futurex at the recently held MCHI Exhibition in Mumbai.

Yesss that was at the MCHI exhibition, I saw it on the Facebook page... The model looks Super cooll!!

It's hard to see Futurex in this photo, but it shows where it is in the skyline. (It is on the right side of the pic)

They have somehow stopped moving upwards, rather they are cladding the completed parts below.

thats because they have started giving phase 1 possession....so they hv to complete it...dunno how they got permission, according to rulebook, no objection cant be given until entire building is complete....
