That's the lot for the new Wal-mart and Macdonalds. They have to come first before all construction

The masterplan includes a neighborhood of factories where tower sections are to be prefabricated.

Seriously, though, I remember reading something in this thread saying they'd start foundation work in March, so they only have about 1 month before my BS detector REALLY starts to go off.

I'm guessing he'll say something like "Oh, you thought we were going to start construction in March of THIS year? We meant next year!" This project certainly hasn't been around long enough and isn't crazy enough to reach troll status, but it's getting closer every day.

The J220 resembles Grozny National tower proposal from Chechen republic.

The base is star-shaped, not plus-shaped. Either way, Grozny's looks better. More attractive proportions and such.

According to Changing Fortunes report from BBC Zhang Yue says it will take only 6 months to build.

So completion time keeps getting shorter and shorter? To me it's beginning to look less and less realistic.

Or they can say ... "oh, you're not dead" .

If these types of projects are successful, industries currently worth billions of dollars may become obsolete/irrelevant.
