From the video we've seen it also looks like there will be exterior elevator going to the platform. So it could be publicly available.

Broad sustainable building(a Chinese company) has a more crazy plan--to build a new skyscraper which ups to 2000 meters in the future.

No renderings are 'realistic'. The 'working drawings' are what you should be looking for.

This actually has started? I'm amazed, I never thought this proposal would be for real This is the greatest leap in construction history since the pyramids at Giza, even if they would achieve only half of the speed they claim to achieve

I'd say mankind as a whole because if megatalls can be suddenly built for a fraction of their current cost and in a fraction of their current time, this will have the biggest impact on urban development since the invention of the brick. Megatalls will start to pop up in huge quantities all arround the world and cities will drastically change in the comming decades. If this project is a success cities will change over the next decade more than they did during the entire 20th century
