40 Wall Street was done in less than a year in around 11 months, and Bank of America Plaza in Atlanta was done in a little over a year as well.

With the right weather and good pilot it should be doable. Also while Jeddah is next to a sea Changsha is deep inland China so the wind may be different there. Flight safety regulations are also not without a significance as they probably differ in both countries. Maybe crazy chinese pilots takes bigger risks on daily basis

It might be added to the render just for fun of course, but I will wait till the building is ready instead of making unfounded assumptions.
The PPT in previous pages stated that there will be four helipads and the tallest one is at 727m.

That's where the spire starts, but if you stop the video at 1:55 you can clearly see there is no helipad up there. I also can't see it on any other render. So either those renders are already outdated or the info is wrong.

Age of prefab buildings, skyscrapers and possibly moonbase coming?
The moonbase will be printed not assembled

Replicator, anyone?

This building will be - despite its bland, boxy design - a sure testcase for a revolutionary way of designing and building large volume buildings. I'm very curious to see this one grow.

The photo is labeled the 230,000m^2 BSB final assembly plant, and you can see BSB's other projects in the photo, including the famous 30 story hotel at the lower right corner.

I didn't see a helipad there in the rendering neither, but that's what this BSB slide said.

SSC has a system for these things. Ground breaking, or a ceremony like whats pictured here is the beginning of preparation (prep) work. The preliminary work done before anything rises , ie excavating the site. It won't be moved to the u/c forums until there is proof of work on the building itself, usually rebar. In this case i think the thread should be moved when the first pre-fabricated forms are installed on-site.
